Who we are
Sanguro is a private technology and innovation company based in Abuja, Nigeria. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Contact form submissions. When you use the contact form we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you provide. We also store a one-way salted hash of your IP address. The hash lets us detect repeat submissions for spam protection; it cannot be reversed to recover your IP address.
Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not collect or store personal data or track visitors across sites. It records aggregate page views, referrers, and approximate country. No individual visitor is identifiable.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
Why we collect it
Contact details are used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to continue a business conversation you started. Analytics are used to understand which parts of the site are useful.
Where it is stored
Contact submissions are stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database with row-level security enabled. Access is restricted to authorised Sanguro staff. The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS.
How long we keep it
We retain contact submissions for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship. You may ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email admin@sanguro.com.
Third-party links
This site links to external services including WhatsApp and the websites of our ventures and partners. Their privacy practices are their own and are not covered by this policy.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
